Dental Assistant Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for dental procedures, ensuring their comfort and explaining the process.

• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations to uphold a safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a dental assistant training program preferred.

• Certification as a Dental Assistant (CDA) is advantageous.

• Previous experience in a dental office or clinical setting is preferred.

• Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and x-ray safety protocols.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
