Job Responsibilities
- Assisting patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, while promoting independence and maintaining their dignity.
- Monitoring patient’s vital signs and reporting any changes to the RN or LPN.
- Recording patient information accurately in charts and reports.
- Assisting with medical procedures, including administering medications and changing dressings.
- Providing emotional support to patients and their families.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care for our patients.
- Assisting in preparing and serving meals, and helping patients with their nutritional needs.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients, including making beds, cleaning rooms, and assisting with laundry.
- Engaging in meaningful interactions with patients, offering emotional support and companionship to promote their well-being.
- Participating in ongoing training and educational opportunities to stay current with best practices in nursing care.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in [state/region].

- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Previous experience in healthcare is preferred but not required.
