Job Responsibilities
- Manage executives' calendars and arrange appointments.
- Handle correspondence and maintain confidential information.
- Proactively manage and prioritize the schedules of the executive team, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes.
- Communicate on behalf of executives, both internally and externally.
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and presentations.
- Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines and updating progress reports.
- Create and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as requested by executives.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips, conferences, and events.
- Monitor changes to travel plans and make necessary adjustments.
- Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations, ensuring all participants are well-prepared.
- Take meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executives.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar preferred, with an MBA in Human Resources Management a strong plus.
