• Manage multiple client's business and personal day to day bookkeeping needs • Daily tasks including: bank entries and reconciliation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, collections, and maintaining an organized filing system • Quarterly tasks including: tax and board of equalization payments • Yearly tasks including: Prepare and distribute 1099's • Work closely with external accountants to gather all required information for yearly tax filings and enter any adjusting journal entries given by the accountant. • Create financial reports and analyze them with the owners of these companies to make sure they are maximizing their profits as much as possible. • Perform tasks specific to each particular business as needed, including maintaining random drug test records, payroll, new hire packets, and many other office related issues that might arise
