Barclais USA is an independent firm providing auditing, accounting, tax and transactions services to American subsidiaries of foreign groups. Our team is comprised of approximately 20 professionals who assist companies in various industries (retail, software, biotechnology, animal health, services, packaging...).

Thanks to our expertise, we offer a range of professional services focused on the needs of the Middle Market (our clients have revenues ranging from $0M to $200M). We are able to advise our clients during the setup of their operations (through acquisition or creation of subsidiary) and throughout their development in the United States. We are also particularly suited to handle the various requests from the foreign group auditors.
