Quality Assurance Specialist Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure products meet company standardsConduct thorough testing of products, services, and processes to identify defects or areas for improvementWork together with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns and enhance product functionality

• Document and track quality assurance results, providing detailed reports on testing outcomesGive product development teams input on how to enhance overall quality, usability, and functionality

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal quality guidelinesDevelop and maintain quality assurance documentation, including test plans, checklists, and reportsMonitor and review customer feedback and complaints to identify potential quality concernsTrain and mentor junior team members on quality assurance processes and best practices

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

• Proven experience in quality assurance, testing, or a similar role

• Strong knowledge of quality management principles and best practicesFamiliarity with quality assurance tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Selenium, TestRail)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of industry standards and regulations related to quality control (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.)

Salary Range
