Business Analyst Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs and objectives.

• Work with cross-functional teams to analyze and interpret data, provide insights, and make recommendations for process improvement and decision-making.

• Develop data models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Identify opportunities for business process improvement and efficiency gains and propose solutions to streamline operations.

• Conduct testing and quality checks to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress and implement quality control measures to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

• Work closely with various departments to ensure project success.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience (X+ years) as a Business Analyst or similar role.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.

• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)

Salary Range

The salary range for this position typically ranges $55,000 to $135,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
