Job Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries in a professional manner
- Organize and maintain office files, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access and proper documentation
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating logistics

Job Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while additional education or certification in office administration or business is a plus
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory
