Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees courteously and professionally.
  • Manage the front desk, always ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of company services, policies, and personnel.
  • Receive and sort daily mail and packages and distribute them to the appropriate recipients.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed.
  • Monitor and manage the visitor access and security procedures.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by the management team.

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role for [X+] years.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic office software programs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures.
