Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees courteously and professionally.
- Manage the front desk, always ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of company services, policies, and personnel.
- Receive and sort daily mail and packages and distribute them to the appropriate recipients.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed.
- Monitor and manage the visitor access and security procedures.
- Assist with special projects as assigned by the management team.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role for [X+] years.
