Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests promptly as they arrive, providing a friendly and courteous first impression.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
- Escort guests to their assigned tables, present menus, and introduce the assigned server.
- Monitor dining areas to assess seating availability, service efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with answering incoming calls, addressing inquiries, and managing take-out orders as needed.
- Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and accurate wait times.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the entrance, host stand, and surrounding areas.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly, seeking assistance from management when necessary.
- Assist in preparing the dining room for service, including setting up tables and ensuring readiness for guests.
- Provide menus and announce the server’s name.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with reservation management systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Salary Range
