Job Responsibilities
- Promptly deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Assist servers in setting up tables with appropriate tableware, utensils, and napkins before service.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff to prioritize and fulfill orders, including special requests and dietary requirements.
- Ensure food is served at the proper temperature and in accordance with safety standards.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding menu items and ingredients, providing accurate information.
- Monitor tables to promptly clear used dishes and utensils, maintaining a clean dining environment.
- Support the wait staff by refilling beverages and addressing additional guest needs during service.
- Relay customer feedback to management and relevant staff to continuously improve service quality.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.
- Participate in pre-service meetings and training sessions to stay informed about menu changes and restaurant policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or restaurant management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.

Salary Range
