Job Responsibilities

  • Accurately record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and summaries to support informed decision-making.
  • Manage vendor invoices, process payments, and oversee customer invoicing and collections.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitor and track business expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Assist with payroll processing, including accurately calculating and recording employee wages, taxes, and benefits.
  • Monitor cash flow and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain organized financial documentation for audits.

Job Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • (X+ years) as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines


  • Understanding of financial record maintenance, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting

Salary Range

The salary range for this position typically ranges $11,030 to $72,940 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
