Absolutely. For each kiosk location you set up, simply give it a unique name and follow the same easy steps to get started. You can restrict employees to clock in only via kiosk, or allow them to continue using web- or mobile-app clock-ins as well.
You bet! Employees assigned to multiple jobs can use Kiosk to track time by job title. If they switch from one job to the next, they simply need to clock-out and clock back in, and select the new job title when they do. This functionality also works for employees on a single pay rate or job title who are tracking time by project.
No, but Gusto Kiosk works on any internet-connected device. Set up a laptop, tablet or desktop as your clock-in station, and best of all, there’s no employee kiosk software or time clock kiosk app to install. Simply load up the kiosk website, and you’re good to go.
