Of course! Gusto broker integration allows you to bring your own broker and keep your existing benefits while getting to enjoy our feature-rich HR and payroll platform.
When you’re ready to switch, simply head to the benefits section in Gusto and choose the “Manage benefits on Gusto and keep your broker” option. We’ll walk you through a few quick questions about your current coverage to get started, and then we’ll work directly with your broker to make sure everything is set up correctly. Once you request the integration, a dedicated benefits specialist will reach out to start onboarding.
Broker integration is included at no extra cost with our Premium plan. On the Plus plan, broker integration costs $6 per employee per month. If you choose to switch from your existing broker and take advantage of benefits managed by Gusto, they’re included in all our plans with no hidden fees in addition to your premiums.
