Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of multiple properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with local laws and regulationsServe as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns, handling maintenance requests, and fostering positive tenant relationsCoordinate property maintenance, repairs, and renovations as neededManage rent collections, ensure timely payments, and follow up on delinquenciesCreate and oversee budgets to make sure properties are profitable and functioning within allocated funds
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulationsHandle leasing processes, including tenant screening, lease agreements, and renewalsEnsure proper documentation of all transactions and property-related activitiesStay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and legal regulations to ensure effective property management
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or business is a plus
- Proven experience in a front desk, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial reporting
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Comfortable using hotel management software and other office tools
- Must be able to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience with hotel reservations systems (e.g., Opera, Maestro) is a plus

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
