Project Coordinator Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with project planning, implementation, and completion

• Coordinate schedules and resources, ensuring deadlines are metMonitor project development and give stakeholders regular updates

• Encourage team members, customers, and vendors to communicate with one another

• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations as neededAssist with budget tracking and ensure projects stay within financial guidelinesAssist in resolving potential problems throughout the project lifecycle

• Maintain project files and ensure all relevant documents are up to dateHelp manage project risks and participate in attempts to solve problems

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field

• At least 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project)

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
