Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Inspect and maintain equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues across various systems
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks on a regular schedule
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and work orders
- Assist with facility upgrades or installations as needed
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification or associate degree is a plus)Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of computer systems for work order management
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials as needed
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Salary Range
The base salary for this position is ranging from $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and skill level, with overtime opportunities available. In addition, the benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.Brand Voice
