Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns, and facilitating conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal standards and best practices.
- Coordinate employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and communication of benefits information.
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, conducting audits and reporting as necessary.
- Collect and analyze HR data to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources roles, preferably as an HR Generalist.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Salary Range
