HR Generalist Job Description
We seek a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team and manage various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Job Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns, and facilitating conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
Assist in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to managers and employees.
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal standards and best practices.
Coordinate employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and communication of benefits information.
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, conducting audits and reporting as necessary.
Collect and analyze HR data to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources roles, preferably as an HR Generalist.
Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Salary Range
