We seek an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead and direct our HR department's operations and ensure alignment with our business objectives. Job Responsibilities
Create HR initiatives that align with the company's overall business strategy.
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate selection, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.

Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
In-depth understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.

Salary Range
