Job Responsibilities
- Create HR initiatives that align with the company's overall business strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate selection, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.

Salary Range
