HR Coordinator Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

• Coordinate new hire onboarding, including orientation sessions and preparation of necessary documentation.

• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar HR role.

• Familiarity with HR software and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
