Job Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including orientation sessions and preparation of necessary documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support payroll processing by providing relevant employee information and addressing payroll-related inquiries.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and communication of benefits information.
- Facilitate employee training and development initiatives, coordinating logistics and tracking participation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, assisting in audits and reporting as required.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, promptly addressing HR-related questions and concerns.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar HR role.
- Familiarity with HR software and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Range
