Job Responsibilities

• Load and unload packages from delivery trucks, ensuring items are handled safely and efficiently

• Sort packages based on size, destination, and priority to streamline processing

• Scan packages using handheld devices to track and maintain accurate records

• Ensure packages are stored correctly to avoid damage and improve accessibility

• Assist in organizing the warehouse space to maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Inspect packages for damage and report any issues to supervisors immediately

• Prepare packages for shipment, including wrapping, labeling, and sealing items securely

• Maintain a steady workflow to meet productivity targets and deadlines

• Follow safety protocols to minimize the risk of injury or damage to goods

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve any logistical issues

Job Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred

• No prior experience is required, though previous work in warehousing, retail, or logistics is a plus

• The ideal candidate should be able to lift heavy packages, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently

• You must have the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

• A strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a commitment to following safety guidelines are essential
