How it works
Employees access Cashout right in Gusto Wallet.
1. Enter an amount
Smart limits cap withdrawals at 40% of an employee’s paycheck³. Cashout can be used up to twice per month as long as the employee repays their first Cashout and continues to meet our Cashout eligibility requirements.⁴
2. Confirm cashout
Once employees choose an amount, they decide where they want the money deposited.
3. Get cash
Money is deposited into their bank account as soon as the next business day⁵, or instantly with the Gusto debit card.
