Referrer Terms: For purposes of these terms, a “Successful Referral” means a referee who (1) signs up for Gusto payroll using your unique referral link between October 22, 2026 and January 31, 2027, (2) runs at least one paid payroll, and (3) maintains an active Gusto account at the time incentives are issued. Within thirty (30) calendar days of your Successful Referral’s first paid payroll invoice, you will receive an incentive in an amount based on your number of Successful Referrals, each of which includes a $500 limited-time End of Year bonus: $800 for your first, $900 for your second, $1,000 for your third, $1,200 for your fourth, and $1,500 for your fifth and any subsequent Successful Referral. Each incentive applies to distinct, new Successful Referrals and is not cumulative.

For any incentive earned after the first Successful Referral, Referrer may have the option to receive the incentive in the form of an ACH payment or Visa gift card; provided, however, that any incentive greater than $1,000.00 will be paid by ACH payment only and will not be available as a Visa gift card. To receive an ACH payment, you must provide valid bank account information when prompted. Gusto is not responsible for delays or failed payments caused by inaccurate information.

Your Successful Referral will receive a $100 Visa gift card. To be eligible for promotion payouts, both your Gusto account and the referee’s Gusto account must be open at the time payouts are issued. You may not engage in, purchase, or otherwise utilize pay-per-click advertising on trademarked terms, including any derivations, variations or misspellings, for search or content-based campaigns on any search engine or advertising platform. Trademarked terms include Gusto, Gusto Payroll, Gusto HR, Gusto Benefits, ZenPayroll, Gusto Coupon, Gusto.com and Buy Gusto (all keywords apply as broad match). You may not post, share, or otherwise make available your referral link on any discount, coupon, promo code, cashback, or similar incentive websites or platforms. Violation of these restrictions may result in disqualification from the referral program and forfeiture of any pending incentives. Referees who sign up outside the period above are subject to the standard Referral Rewards Terms.

No Insurance or Retirement Product Purchase Required. Incentives under this program are conditioned only on the Successful Referral of a new Gusto payroll customer, as defined above. No incentive is conditioned on, or affected by, whether you or your referee buys, sells, applies for, enrolls in, keeps, or recommends any health insurance product brokered by Gusto (including small group health insurance), any 401(k) or other retirement plan product offered through Gusto, or any other insurance or financial product. Incentive amounts are the same whether or not any such product is bought. As a Referrer, you may not solicit, negotiate, sell, or discuss the terms of any insurance or retirement product on Gusto’s behalf. Referrers are not paid for, and must not claim to be paid for, referring insurance or retirement business. Any questions about those products should go to Gusto’s licensed representatives.

Referee Terms: To qualify, you must sign up for Gusto payroll using a current Gusto customer’s unique referral link between October 22, 2026 and January 31, 2027 and run one or more paid payrolls. You will receive a $100 Visa gift card within thirty (30) days of your first paid payroll invoice. The referee incentive is not conditioned on the purchase of any insurance or retirement product.

Referee incentives are issued as a Visa gift card only. You cannot participate in pay-per-click advertising on trademarked terms, including any derivations, variations or misspellings thereof, for search or content-based campaigns on Google, MSN, or Yahoo. For the purposes of these terms, trademarked terms include Gusto, Gusto Payroll, Gusto HR, Gusto Benefits, ZenPayroll, Gusto Coupon, Gusto.com and Buy Gusto (all keywords apply as broad match).
