Job Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities to encourage learning and creativity
- Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks for the children
- Manage daily routines, including nap times, playtime, and school runs
- Light housekeeping related to the children, including tidying up after meals and play
- Communicate with parents about children's progress, activities, and any concerns
- Assist with homework or learning activities as needed
- Create a nurturing, positive, and respectful environment for the children
- Handle emergencies calmly and follow established protocols for safety
- Provide emotional support and guidance to help children develop social and emotional skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional childcare training or certifications (CPR, First Aid) are a must
- Proven experience as a nanny or in a similar childcare role
- Strong understanding of child development and safety practices
- Comfortable with light household duties related to childcare
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with the ability to assist with school pick-up/drop-off
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Background check clearance is required

Salary Range
The salary for this position ranges from $30,000 to $45,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to the base salary, you may also be eligible for additional benefits, including paid time off, health reimbursement arrangement (HRA), and performance-based bonuses.About Our Family
