How Gusto Provides Prismm with an Easy and Fully Integrated Platform for Payroll, Benefits, and Employee Management
Technology has rapidly transformed many industries. But two decades ago, event planners and venues were still relying on pen and paper to design events. Prismm was launched in 2014 to help teams easily collaborate online while building events. The company’s intuitive software helps event organizers plan how the physical space for events will look, show clients their vision, and help venues execute the vision.
There's been huge demand for event collaboration platforms so Prismm has had to quickly scale. Dekel Vered, Head of Human Resources, joined Prismm five years ago to lead people operations. While Prismm was using Gusto from the start to run payroll, Dekel led the decision to take full advantage of the Gusto platform to help the growing team. Prismm assesses the needs of its employees annually and as they started growing their 5-person company a few years ago, they knew they needed to add health insurance, since many of their new employees had families and dependents.

Gusto guided Prismm through the process of offering health insurance plans to employees. A Gusto benefits advisor presented the Prismm team with a curated list of insurance plans that would best fit the needs of their employees while staying within budget and ensuring compliance across different state regulations.

Prismm has grown from 30 employees to 86 employees in just five years. Being able to offer a competitive health benefits package was one of the key ways that Prismm quickly attracted and hired the quality talent they needed.
