Job Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or Creative Director position.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative campaigns across digital and print platforms.

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, art direction, and design across various media.

• Extensive experience managing and mentoring creative teams, with a focus on professional growth and high-quality output.

• Exceptional understanding of visual storytelling, brand development, and design principles.

• Proficiency with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and project management tools.

• Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate creative concepts to stakeholders.

Salary Range
