Integration Guide

The integration is available to Payfactors Pro and Advanced customers who use Gusto as their payroll provider. If you're not sure what your Payfactors plan is, contact your Payscale account representative.

You must be an admin in both Gusto and Payfactors to set up the integration.

1. Sign in to Payfactors.
2. Click the Data Management tile.
3. Choose Add a new connection.
4. Click the Gusto tile.
5. Enter your Gusto admin credentials.

Once the integration is connected, your employee compensation data will immediately sync to Gusto. Going forward, information will sync in real time from Gusto to Payfactors whenever an update is made.
