What if I have more technical questions about Gusto’s API?

Please email and we’d be happy to help. We strive to respond within 3 business days. To expedite a resolution, please send as much detail as possible (the JSON or full request, screenshots, specific payroll or employee detail, etc.).

Do you provide phone support?

We primarily use email right now and have found that most questions can be resolved via email. Please email us at with your questions. Partners in the Emerging and Strategic tiers receive dedicated support during development and may request a phone call as needed.
