- Guided Onboarding with Default Spend Programs: Set up a Default Spend Program in Ramp ahead of time, and it's applied automatically when you invite an employee synced from Gusto. A new hire's card and spend limits can be ready before day one.
- Daily Change Checks: Ramp checks your Gusto account every day for new hires, departures, and role changes, then flags anything that needs an admin's attention. Nothing slips through when your team changes.
- Optional Automatic Profile Sync: Turn on "Automatically Sync Organizational Changes" in Ramp, and updates to name, email, department, location, and manager flow from Gusto automatically. Leave it off, and you review each change yourself.
