Community Technology Services (CTS), based in Atlanta, provides IT support for multi-tenant residential communities and the companies that manage them. Ben Phillips is the founder and CEO of Community Technology Services. With a background in corporate America, Phillips is familiar with the HR and payroll systems big businesses use to manage their day-to-day operations efficiently.
