The #WorkWithGusto Contest Rules

Nominate a small business that helps its employees thrive at work and in life.

Maybe it provides a perk that lets the team balance work and wellbeing. Maybe it creates a positive and safe environment that allows employees to be their most authentic selves. Or maybe the business makes an effort to help everyone genuinely connect with their team and love their workday. Whatever it does, we want to hear about it.

Post a team photo of the business you’re nominating and tell us what unique thing a small business does to help its people thrive. If your nomination is selected, the business you’ve nominated will win $1,000 to do something special for the team #WorkWithGusto.

Eligibility

Open to all people who are residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and work at a business with fewer than 100 employees. Signing up for Gusto or additional social media posts will not improve the chances of winning.
