To Gusto’s customers using Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) and Signature Bank to fund payroll:
For payrolls that are created today (Friday March 17, 2023) and going forward, our standard options to fund payrolls, including 2-day ACH, 4-day ACH, and wiring in funds, are all available. Please login into your account to verify your preferred payroll settings (help center article for payroll settings).
Also, for customers that submitted both wire and ACH payments, we have started expediting returning any excess funds to your default bank accounts.
