Gusto Global, powered by Remote, is our new Employer of Record (EOR) service that helps you easily hire, pay, and manage your international employees. Just like with your workers in the United States, you can onboard them, pay them on time (in their local currency), offer benefits, and handle expenses, time off, and bonuses with ease.
New: Smarter CSV uploads
We’ve improved our CSV upload functionality that allows you to upload hours and earnings to run payroll. Save time you used to spend gathering, preparing, and formatting payroll data into Gusto’s specific format by uploading CSV files in your own preferred format. Small businesses and accountants can now run payroll in five minutes or less.

We’ve completely revamped how to run payroll on Gusto. Spreadsheet, our new holistic payroll view, will save you time by making it easier to enter payroll data, catch errors, and verify your payroll’s accuracy. Stay tuned for Spreadsheet’s debut this spring.
New: Redesigned bonus and off-cycle payroll flows
We’re always looking to optimize the payroll experience, and Gusto loads faster than ever before. Now you can filter for relevant workers to save data entry time to get back to other tasks.
New: Improved expense-review management and admin notifications
Get your people reimbursed on time, in no time. Now you can preview receipts from the main expense dashboard and get alerted if a receipt is missing. It’s all the info admins need, all on one screen. And soon Gusto will immediately notify admins once an employee has submitted an expense for review.

We launched a free tool to help small businesses and accountants understand how claiming R&D credits can help them reduce the income tax liabilities that increased under recent legislation. Configurable timesheet settings
Forget about confusion around workers editing timesheets. Your admins are now able to configure timesheets to specify where workers can clock in, toggle workers’ ability to edit timesheets, and more.
