We’re going cross-country! On April 23, our CEO Josh and a few members of the Gusto team are setting off in an RV on a two-week, nine-state road trip to meet, learn from, and celebrate our customers, from California all the way to Florida.
Introducing… The Extra Mile Awards!
During the road trip, we’ll be presenting 11 companies with the first-ever Extra Mile Awards, a unique honor that recognizes small businesses of all kinds that go above and beyond for their team and community. While these companies all do wildly different things — from childcare to pest control to catering to tech — each of them offers unique perks, invests deeply in their employees, and creates extraordinary opportunities for the people around them.
And by the way…you could be the next Extra Mile Award winner! You can nominate your business through Instagram or Twitter, by telling us how you take especially amazing care of your team. If selected, you’ll receive $1,500 to donate to your charity of choice, plus a few surprises to celebrate your team (Hint, hint…)!
