Data download: New businesses offer 3 key benefits
Benefits are essential to employee happiness and retention. Gusto’s new business survey found that businesses formed in 2022 are offering their employees three key benefits: health insurance, retirement plans, and flexible schedules.
Interestingly, though more new businesses offered health insurance and retirement benefits in 2022 than in 2021, fewer businesses offered flexible schedules in 2022 than in 2021. See more of Gusto’s survey findings here or check out the 18 employee benefits businesses are offering in 2023.
