San Francisco, September 16, 2025: What a day! Gusto Showcase 2025 brought together small businesses, accountants, partners, and community leaders in a powerful celebration of innovation and connection. From the moment the doors opened at 8 AM through our walkabout and happy hour, the energy in the room was nothing short of electric.

New tools unveiled
Attendees were the first to see Gusto’s latest innovations in action—all focused on helping SMBs take control of their cash flow and navigate financial decisions with greater flexibility, ease, and confidence. The morning kicked off with a product keynote, followed by hands-on demos and Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions with Gusto experts where attendees could learn more about everything from Gusto Money and Level-funded Health Plans, to HR Partners, tax savings calculators and other financial tools.

Tailored tracks and meaningful connections
Whether you’re running a small business or supporting clients as an accounting pro, Showcase offered dedicated tracks to speak to your needs. SMB leaders dove into tools for daily operations, while accountants earned up to 3 CPE credits by joining their two panel discussions and the afternoon workshop on building community inside and outside your business.
Panels, workshops, and community circles created space to explore resilience in today’s economy, AI in the future of work, and practical solutions to real challenges. Along the way, connections were made that will carry far beyond the event.

Dogpatch walkabout & happy hour wrap-up
In the late afternoon, we stepped out into the neighborhood for a walkabout led by our partners at the SF Chamber of Commerce and the Dogpatch Business Association. Attendees explored local favorites before heading back to Gusto’s office to close out the evening with a celebratory happy hour in our atrium.
