Roe v. Wade and the Workplace
On June 24, 2022, the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, eliminating the federal standard protecting the right to abortion and returning the regulation of abortion to the states. What’s happened since has differed from state to state in near real-time. The constantly changing laws have created confusion for millions of employers and employees.
