
2024’s Economy Lays the Groundwork for a Steady 2025

On December 9, 2021, the House Select Committee on Economic Disparity and Fairness in Growth hosted a roundtable event titled, “America’s Unbanked and Underbanked,” to examine how Congress can work with financial institutions and private sector stakeholders to expand access to banking services for underserved communities.
Following the discussion, Gusto submitted a comment to the Committee to share Gusto’s commitment and approach to designing innovative solutions to improve financial inclusion and accelerate the availability of banking services. The comment highlights Gusto’s perspective on how private-sector-led solutions can provide financial services options to unbanked and underbanked households, as well as how we designed Gusto Wallet, an inclusive and responsible option for small business employees to access financial products.
