Here are the easiest months to make the transition:
Signing up for Gusto takes less than a minute and your first month is on us.
We're confident you will love our product.
This includes your business name, addresses, entity type, and bank info. You'll also need specific financial information as described in our help center.
Entering employee email addresses will allow them to complete employee self-onboarding, saving you from manually adding their personal information.
We’ll tell you exactly which paystubs you will need from your old provider. Then you can input your employees’ year-to-date wage and tax information.
When you're done setting up your Gusto account, let your previous payroll provider know you switched.
We'll make your transition seamless.
We will begin filing all quarterly returns for the quarter of your first payday with Gusto.
Tell us which taxes your previous provider will be refunding to your corporate bank account. On the next business day, we will debit your account and pay these taxes on your behalf.
We will file complete Forms W-2 for the entire year. We'll gather all of the necessary wage information during your setup process to ensure they are accurate.
