Closing the Guidance Gap

What advice businesses want from their accountant

(Hint: it’s advice on people operations + how much (more) they are willing to pay for it)

In a challenging economy and tight labor market, more than ever, clients need help retaining and attracting top talent. Today, there are 2 job openings for every unemployed person, so great employees have options.

Gusto recently surveyed over 1,100 small business owners and found 44% would pay more for proactive advice on people operations. And, nearly half said they’d consider switching to an accountant that provides it.

Clients need both your financial AND people guidance. The proof is in the data. Join this virtual panel with Economist Luke Pardue to learn more about the types of people advice clients are seeking, and how you can begin offering and charging for people advisory services.

You’ll also hear from top accounting leaders on how they’ve incorporated People Advisory into their practices and into their client offerings, enabling them to substantially grow their firm revenues year-over-year.
