In addition to the program changes, we also improved the partner dashboard, so you can tailor billing and rewards to the way that best works for your firm.
Partner levels to showcase your Gusto expertise
Based on how many clients you have on Gusto, these new levels help your firm showcase your expertise (and are packed with exclusive rewards). Check your email for more information about which level you’re in and a high resolution version of your firm’s level badge. You can also view your level in your Gusto dashboard.
Revenue share and rewards tailored to the way you work
We understand that you need flexibility in the way you deliver and price your services. We heard your feedback and designed billing and rewards options that match the way you work with your clients. Starting today, you can select a revenue share option when you bill your clients for the cost of Gusto. We also want to reward your firm even if you have fewer clients on Gusto. Discounts now start when you have three clients under management!
These changes are meant to give you flexibility in how you invoice. You can either bill your firm or your client, and then choose between passing on a discount or use the discount to reduce the cost of Gusto for your firm. If you bill Gusto directly to your clients, you now have the option to receive a revenue share payout on the cost of Gusto.
In addition, we are excited to launch a Partner Portal which provides a single stop for marketing materials that explains Gusto, as well as helpful content you can use to inform or nurture customer relationships. Gold partners can also expect a more personalized approach to co-marketing.

For our Silver and Gold partners, we designed an exclusive care experience aimed to get your firm faster answers. Through the VIP Care Line, you get access to our most experienced advocates.
