On September 18th, the Page 30 Coalition called on Congress to swiftly pass the Reviving the Economy Sustainably Towards a Recovery in Twenty-twenty (RESTART) Act. The RESTART Act would amend the Paycheck Protection Program to allow financial intermediaries to provide long-term support for millions of small businesses impacted by the pandemic and subsequent economic downturn.
