Serving gelato, an authentic Italian version of ice cream, Paciugo Gelato is a hit among the ice cream parlors of North Dallas. Each day a new variety of 32 flavors is offered, including fruit flavors, which have a texture similar to sorbet. The other flavors, including Nutty Almond, Pistachio, and Chocolate, are milk-based, making them less fattening than traditional ice cream. Each of the flavors are contrived from fresh, original ingredients, with no artificial additives. Feel free to sample a few of the days offerings – its often hard to choose one of two flavors from all of those delicious offerings.
