When the Bridge is UP!

Some people can’t stand this Bridge that live on the other side of Portland. The reason for this hatred is do to the fact that it is a draw bridge and on the other side is oil tanks. So at least twice a day the bridge is up and holds up traffic. I am one of those people that actually likes to be help up by the bridge. I like it because at that point in time everything stops. If you are on the bridge you see one of the biggest ships around float right by you. On top of that the view out over Portland Harbor is one of the most breath taking views I have ever seen. So see if you just stop and think about where you live and make the good out of the ugly you will really see how beautiful a bridge can be.
