Named for a special cut of steak, Spencer’s for Steaks and Chops located in the Doubletree San Jose, features an extensive menu of Prime steak, chops, and seafood.

Spencer’s is committed to providing you with the highest quality and most flavorful steaks available. We feature USDA Prime Midwestern corn fed beef. Only 1% of all beef produced in the U.S. can meet this premium grade. The well-marbled beef is aged for a minimum of three weeks to achieve maximum tenderness and flavor. Steaks and chops are cooked in a state-of-the-art infrared broiler at 1700 degrees Fahrenheit. The meat is seared so that the juice and flavors are sealed in.
