This center at the Japanese-American National Museum holds permanent archives concerning the Japanese internment camps during World War II. The center also contains resources on every aspect of the Japanese-American experience. The museum is committed to providing access to all of its materials and archives to whoever wants to learn. It is a great place to learn about the all too often overlooked early Japanese-American history in America as well as more recent history. Admission is free every Thursday from 5p-8p.

"The Japanese American Museum is a cool place to go inside of LA. They have various exhibits such as the current one that has a Taiko drummer during every other wednesday that shows you the meaning and sound of the powerful drum. They also had an exhibition that is all about the Japanese incarceration during the WWII."
