"The BEST zoo I have every been too! It really is a truly amazing place. It's more an animal habitat rather than a zoo full of enclosures and cages. The animals are well taken care of and the live show in the Crocoseum is not to be missed! Witness some of Steve's fave reptiles jump metres out of water for food. If you want to experience something very Australian go to the Kangaroo habitat. A couple of acres of land that you can walk through and pat or cuddle these cute little Aussie icons. Also there is the Koala habitat so get a few pictures taken there. The number of animals which call this place home is endless and includes: elephants, tigers, echidnas, tasmanian devils, dingoes, foxes, cheetahs, camels, wombats, lizards and a large amount of venomous snakes! What makes this place special is that you can feel Steve Irwin's presence everywhere. His dream to conserve the animals has definitely come alive here and lives on in the staff. An amazing place to visit!"
